Solium Capital Inc. Announces Change to Executive Leadership
CALGARY, November 22, 2010 – Solium Capital Inc. (“Solium” or the “Corporation”) (TSX: SUM), a leading provider of equity-based incentive and savings plans administration services, is pleased to announce the next stage in the evolution of its executive management team. Michael Broadfoot has agreed to assume the title of Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2011. Mr. Broadfoot is one of Solium’s four Managing Directors and previously served as Chairman of the Board from July 2002 to April 2010. Jeffrey English, who has served as Solium’s Chief Executive Officer since May 2006, will
remain with Solium as a Managing Director. The other two Managing Directors are Brian Craig, who previously served as Chief Executive Officer from May 2002 to May 2006 and has been the Executive Chairman of the Board since April 2010, and Marcos Lopez, who has been an officer of the Corporation since February 2003.
Although the role of Chief Executive Officer is rotated among the Managing Directors, the Managing Directors share responsibility for the strategic direction and oversight of the Corporation.
