Paul Dingus is a Manager at Shareworks, responsible for managing valuation engagements, primarily in the technology sector. Paul previously worked for Moss Adams as a Senior Consultant in the business valuations group, where he provided intangible asset and equity valuations, primarily for privately-held technology companies. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Paul worked as a Research and Modeling Analyst at FMV Opinions. Paul has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Steve is responsible for leading the valuation practice and executing valuation opinions for private companies. Steve previously was the valuation practice leader at SVB Analytics. Prior to that, Steve worked with Deloitte and KPMG for more than a decade in New York and San Francisco respectively, managing both domestic and international clients that ranged from startup to Fortune 100 companies. Steve has a master’s in business administration from the Stern School of Business (NYU), and master's and bachelor's degrees in engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Art and Science. He has received the designation, Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), from the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation.
Betty Ma is a Managing Director with Shareworks, responsible for managing strategic partnerships and execution of client engagements. Betty was previously with SVB Analytics, where she led the Financial Advisory Services valuation practice and provided advisory services to venture-backed technology companies. Prior to joining SVB, Betty worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, with a focus on intangible assets and impairment valuations. Betty also has audit experience with PwC’s financial services group. Betty is a CFA charter holder and a licensed CPA in the state of California. Betty graduated summa cum laude with both master of accounting and bachelor of science degrees in business administration from the University of Southern California.
Camden is a Valuations Associate at Shareworks, producing 409A valuations primarily in the technology sector. Prior to Shareworks, Camden interned at Avidbank as a credit analyst in the specialty finance division, primarily analyzing risk on acquisition financing deals. Prior to Avidbank, Camden interned at Albertsons Companies where he analyzed budget variance and other metrics. Camden has a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Michael Quigley is a Sales Director at Shareworks, responsible for sourcing new valuation engagements and strategic partnerships. Michael previously was the Vice President of Investor Research at Life Science Nation, a company that specializes in helping facilitate relationships between private life science companies and investors. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Bentley University.
Sean is a Valuations Associate at Shareworks, focused on early-stage, venture-backed companies. Before joining Shareworks, Sean interned at a consumer goods startup in the Bay Area, gaining experience in startup finance, as well as financial planning and analysis. Sean graduated magna cum laude from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University with degrees in business economics and finance. Sean was also an All-Conference performer on the Seattle University Division I Baseball Team.
Scott is responsible for managing the valuation practice and execution of client engagements. Previously Scott was a Director with SVB Analytics, where he led the Life Science practice. Prior to SVB Analytics, Scott was at Deloitte in San Francisco, where he leveraged his experience in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industry segments with clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations. Scott has a master's degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business (University of California at Berkeley) and a bachelor’s degree in human biology from Occidental College.
